PJSC Novatek – one of the largest independent producers of natural gas in Russia. As of 2017, takes the 6th place on gas production and the 3rd place on the proved gas reserves in the world. The structure includes more than 20 subsidiaries and affiliates which are in Russia and abroad. In the state — more than 7,000 highly qualified specialists.
The project of workflow automation on the DIRECTUM platform started in 2015. The first stage included installation of basic functionality of a system and also integration of DIRECTUM with a business and management accounting system. Then trial operation on the block Office began.
At the second stage completion of integration with the accounting system regarding contract management, process automation of their approval, import to DIRECTUM of historical data and also integration with external systems under the agreements which underwent approval was conducted. Start of industrial integration of DIRECTUM with the file storage constructed on one of the leading industrial platforms – Corporate electronic archive (further – KEA) became an important component of a stage.
At the third stage development was adapted for the replicaiton engine used in work of one of remote divisions. End-to-end processes between the organizations of holding which entered the project are automated full-text search according to the documents located in KEA is implemented localization of the system interface into English is implemented. A system was prepared for end of a stage for replication in all organizations of holding.
