2020: Implementation of an electronic queue

On March 12, 2020 the company of Technology of the Future reported that the Central office on work with clients of Novogor-Prikamye company (Perm) was equipped with an electronic queue of the NEURONIQ system.

NOVOGOR-Prikamye LLC is the utility company providing for March, 2020 to more than one million consumers of service of cold water supply and water disposal. A strategic objective of the organization is the leadership strengthening based on performance improvement of work, the involvement of employees and customer focus.

For implementation of effective objectives the management system for queue of NEURONIQ was installed. The hardware and software system consists of the touch terminal for registration of the coming citizens, the information displays displaying the called visitors, operator consoles, panels of quality evaluation of service and the software which performs process of management of queue and which collects information on process of acceptance of the population.

At the expense of system implementation of NEURONIQ waiting time decreases, capacity of office increases, the moral and psychological situation in queue improves, the awareness on services and places of their providing increases.

Application of a complex improves conditions not only for clients, but also for the staff of the company. The automated flux profile of visitors, reduction of quantity help a question reduce load of operators. Besides a system gives additional opportunities for job analysis of office and quality evaluation of the provided services that allows to take measures for further improvement of service.
