Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine, NLMK (SAP Inventory Optimization)

On October 2, 2013 the SAP CIS company announced the first implementing solution of SAP for optimization of management of warehouse stocks using SAP Inventory Optimization service on Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine.

Project Progress

In a short time MRP parameters on ferroalloys and overalls are simulated. Planning and purchase on these groups of goods are executed on the basis of the data obtained using SAP Inventory Optimization service. Work on other groups of materials is continued, expansion of the implemented solution is planned. All works on implementation of service are carried out within the project of start at the enterprise of the SCM solution.
