2020: Project deliverables on transition to e-document flow

On April 13, 2020 the TerraLink company and the Center of Corporate Solutions (CCS) NLMK-ITs, announced project deliverables on transition of NLMK Group to legally significant electronic document management (e-document flow). Using TerraLink xDE, the largest steel producer in Russia accelerated business processes of the partners due to reduction of processing speed of external documents.

As it was reported, the NLMK Group together with TsKR defines processes which are subject to automation of electronic document management. TsKR, in cooperation with specialists of department of electronic document management of NLMK-IT, develops architecture and performs administration of e-document flow. The staff of TsKR monthly helps NLMK Group to increase the volume of electronic documents. As a result it helped to save in 2019 more than 50,000 sheets of paper monthly or to save more than 70 trees from cutting.

It is possible to call transition to e-document flow one of crucial elements of digitalization of business. The companies well understand benefit of service which helps including to electronic interaction with FTS. It is confirmed by statistics of implementations. We are sure that our project in NLMK will support ambitious plans of the largest steel producer, will allow and to increase further quality and speed of interaction with partners. The NLMK Group, TsKR and TerraLink continue joint development of the project. In the next plans transfer to e-document flow of other document types and expansion of service to other partners.

By the end of 2019 the company had an opportunity to use service for interaction from 45% of buyers.

2018: Increase in number of operators of e-document flow up to four

At the beginning of 2018 the number of operators of e-document flow was increased to four.

2017: Connection to e-document flow of external partners

In 2017 began to connect to legally significant electronic turnover also external partners.

2015: Beginning of the project on implementation of e-document flow

In 2015 on NLMK began implementation of electronic document management, and employees began to work in the interface of the accounting system. Integration between the accounting system and the operator of e-document flow at the TerraLink xDE platform was for this purpose configured. The companies of NLMK Group passed to exchange among themselves with invoices, consignment notes, acts and other documents.
