"The Novosibirsk pharmacy chain" automated document flow by implementation of EDMS

On October 17, 2016 the press service of the company AT Consulting announced implementation ECM- systems Sidocs in IT structure of the company "Novosibirsk pharmacy chain".

Before implementation EDMS "Novosibirsk pharmacy chain" used opportunities of paper document flow. Within complex informatization of corporate activity the management of network made the decision on transition to electronic document management. The company became the partner in implementation AT Consulting.

Project Progress

The project is implemented on the basis of Sidocs technology. System implementation automates work with organizational and administrative documents (memos, accounts, orders, orders, instructions, etc.), processes of registration and approval of agreements. As a part of the solution the filled-up storage of methodical materials for personnel training to work with IT resources of the organization. A system totals more than 100 users, in EDMS 58 branches of the enterprise are connected.

The project is implemented in two stages. At the first stage AT Consulting unrolled the box version of a product during which trial operation additional requirements to functionality of a system are created at capacities of pharmacy chain. At the second stage specialists of the contractor implemented the customized ECM solution taking into account features of business processes of the enterprise.

Project Results

In a project deliverable temporary and administrative costs are reduced during the work with documents, risks of their loss or disclosure of confidential information. We will continue to develop a system, turning on all new and new business processes there. Thus, our enterprise keeps up to date, being guided by standards of modern technology society. The majority of modern implementations of EDMS means the functionality limited to organizational and administrative and contractual document flow. When to the companies becomes a little this functionality, they should select big budgets and to spend time for additional developments. We are glad that in this project we managed to propose the solution which not only implements functions of standard document flow, but also will allow the customer to automate independently other processes of work with documents.
