Novouralsk settlement information center (1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8)

Specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) provided transfer of "The Novouralsk settlement information center" on programs of a line "1C:Enterprise 8" for public institutions. In the center in 13 workplaces the solutions "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8", "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" and "were implemented by 1C: Budget reporting 8".

The municipal budgetary institution "Novouralsk Settlement Information Centre" renders services in conducting primary accounting of the transactions connected with charge, recalculation, acceptance and accounting of payments of the population for the provided housing-and-municipal and additional services; performs calculation of payments of the population for housing and communal services; keeps account of the planned and arrived payments of the population; creates resources and the municipal information database for information technology implementation of carrying out monitoring of housing stock of the Novouralsk city district, etc.

For accounting in "The Novouralsk settlement information center" the solutions "1C: Accounting for budgetary institutions 7.7", "1C: Payroll and personnel 7.7" and "1C:Reports 7.7" were used. Due to the change of the legislation there was a need of transition to an accounting configuration of a line "1C:Enterprise 8". The decision to combine this process with implementation of the programs "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" and "1C was made: Budget reporting 8". New software products had to allow to keep account by the new chart of accounts and to create reports in programs, but not manually.

When choosing the partner in automation the possibility of departure of IT specialists to the city of Novouralsk of Sverdlovsk region where the settlement information center is located became an important factor. The most advantageous conditions of cooperation were offered by 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT).

The project on implementation of programs lasted about one and a half months. In the project progress specialists of BIT carried out the following works:

1. Data transfer from programs of version 7.7 in programs of version 8;
2. Training in work in programs of accountant officers and settlement and personnel department;
3. Completion of the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program taking into account customer requirements;
4. Setup of data exchange between "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and a budget institution staff 8".

As a result of implementation of programs the budgetary institution keeps the automated account according to the current legislation. At the moment specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) are engaged in maintenance of a complex of the implemented programs in order that they were timely updated, and necessary technical and information support was provided to users.
