2021: Implementation of Docsvision SED
The company Erker"" helped JSC Atomic Insurance Broker"" digitize the processes of negotiating contracts and working with documents using the platform. Earlier, the process of contractual document management in Atomic Insurance Broker JSC was supported by an IT system with limited functions. In parallel with it, work on documents was carried out largely on paper and had a low level of automation. However, recent challenges, such as the need to ensure uninterrupted remote operation, increased efficiency and security of processes, have revealed the need for other approaches. Therefore, the company's management decided to digitize work with documents and organize employees to remotely access them using the Docsvision platform.
The project team from ERKER implemented the entire project using a web client, digitized work with incoming and outgoing documents, service notes, ORD and contractual documents. The approval process is automated - the system determines the approval procedure depending on the parameters of the contractual document and ensures transparency and standardization of processes. Additionally, the system realizes the possibility of automatic generation of files based on established templates, which reduces the time for preparing documents.
According to statistics, when working with contracts, most of the time is spent on the process, low speed can damage the company's ability to close transactions. With the help of specialists from ERKER, we were able to shift the main functions of organizing the process to the Docsvision platform so that employees focus on their immediate production tasks.
