In NVBS document flow on the solutions Flexbby Solutions is automated

The resident of a cluster of information technologies of Skolkovo Foundation, software company Flexbby Solutions completed the first stage of complex workflow automation in NVBS company. System implementation of electronic approval and document storage allowed to ensure functioning of 100 offices NVBS through the whole country in mode 24х7 (round the clock and without days off).

A system was started less than in 3 months. As a result of implementation it was succeeded to create a common information space for interaction of the central office and regional structural divisions of NVBS company, to increase quality of interaction of employees and also to lower time of processing of requests and memos, to increase transparency of procedures, to implement regulations and internal corporate standards of the company.

The ability to integrate with systems which are already existing into the companies became a key selection term of the solution on automation: 1C CORP, 1C ZUP, helpdesk system, monitoring system of quality of network functioning of the telecom operator. Existence of basic functionality together with ample opportunities of the platform on development, adaptation and creation new business of modules, allowed to receive quickly enough the necessary result and it is essential to reduce project risks.
