OK Modern Line (1C: Enterprise 8.2)

Automation of activity of the company "O.K. Modern – Lyne" based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete

O. K. Modern-Line LLC is engaged in production of youth backpacks, traveling and sports bags, portfolios, cosmetics bags, man purses, the GRIZZLY trademark with the rich range of the used materials and accessories.

The information system which was used at the enterprise not fully provided needs of the client. In particular, she was not capable to reflect a picture of activity of the company in general and to perform full efficiency analysis of trade operations. There were no mechanisms for conducting management accounting in required analytical cuts.

As the software product for the new IC the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which allowed to control shipments and stock balance and also to consider the specific scheme of formation of orders of buyers and work with dealers was selected. For implementing solution the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) which has extensive experience of implementation of similar projects and has enough highly qualified specialists in automation of production trade enterprises was selected.

During the project specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated 10 jobs, and brought the following subsystems into operation:

• Accounting and tax accounting
• Purchases and sales
• Management of a warehouse
• Production management

As a result of implementation the specific scheme of a design of sales is completely implemented and the workplace of the manager of sales is automated. Interaction between departments improved, data analysis and works became more transparent. The convenient system of conducting inventory accounting turned out, correctly and quickly normative cost value of products forms. Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company provide (BIT) continued support and is in the future going to cooperate concerning maintenance of a system.
