2016: Creation of a corporate portal
In January, 2016 the project on creation of a corporate portal based on 1C-Bitriks24 for OMB company was implemented.
Several business processes were implemented: beginning from modification of standard requests on a holiday, hospital and so on and finishing with automatic payroll online (taking into account bonuses, sick-lists and even a length of service).
The most difficult process — the program of adaptation of the accepted employees.
