Software implementation project "is completed by 1C: Managements of manufacturing enterprise 8" in NPP OTEK company

The NPP OTEK LLC company specializes in production of electric equipment, namely: electric motors, generators and transformers; the electric distribution and regulating equipment; electric lamps and lighting equipment.

The existing information system did not provide requirement of the company regarding management of finance, agreements, stocks, sales and purchases and also did not allow to perform operational production planning. Therefore the management made the decision on implementation of a new information system which will correspond to requirements of the enterprise. The management made the decision on implementation of a modern information system for optimization of conducting production and operational accounting.

For the purpose of project implementation the company purchased the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise" as was necessary the program of a possibility of which allowed to have the end-to-end information system for conducting accounting, tax, production, operational and management accounting which is completely reflecting all processes of the company, most automating work of users.

For implementing solution the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) which has extensive experience of implementation of similar projects and has enough highly qualified specialists in automation of manufacturing enterprises was selected.

Significantly labor productivity of the employees working in a system increased, work of production, planned and financial services is optimized. The management receives activities reports of the enterprise in all necessary cuts at any moment, and can make the justified management decisions.

During the project specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) provided user training, made installation and configured software products according to the imposed requirements. As a result labor productivity of the employees working in the program increased. The efficiency of activity of the enterprise in general increased. Itemized statements on the budget and financial transactions form in the mode "online". The company management plans cash flow and predicts a financial situation of the enterprise taking into account different factors and exact state-of-health data of affairs current and previous periods. It is in the future going to cooperate concerning maintenance of a system.
