The first implementation of FormIT in Russia - formation the account credit card statements in OTP Bank

The DIS Group company cooperates with JSC OTP Bank within solving of tasks of data integration and creation of the data warehouse based on the Informatica platform.

In May, 2014 for implementation of the "Management, Formation and Sending Account Credit Card Statements on Electronic Channels" project going to OTP Bank the corporate system of formation and document distribution based on the industrial FormIT platform was selected.

Within the project it was necessary to implement process of informing clients of Bank on a status of their card accounts by means of providing the account statement on different channels of informing, including e-mail and the SMS.

The FormIT platform developed by Aman Computers and implemented in Russia by forces of DIS Group allowed not only to close the task set within the project, but also became a basis for implementation of other important initiatives of Bank: formation and printing of individual conditions on the DSA cards, X-Sell taking into account requirements of the Federal law of 12/21/2013 No. 353-FZ and also implementation of processes of mass creation of the personalized documents within automation of direct-mail and e-mail of campaigns.

Svetlana Boychenko, the project manager in OTP Bank, commented on results of implementation of the FormIT platform in infrastructure of Bank: "Implementation of FormIT took place according to the developed scheduled plan, and project implementation was executed taking into account key requirements of business to process of formation of the individualized documents. Functionality of the platform allowed to be integrated easily with the existing bank IT landscape and to provide providing in the online-mode the account statements in the PDF format in front office banking systems."

The FormIT platform is the industrial solution on management, creation and distribution of any outgoing and internal documents of the company. The platform allows to solve effectively any problems facing the organization in the field of creation of the personalized documents, implementation of bulk mailing, creation of archive storages of documents, works with printing house, creations of active and interactive documents, feedback collecting.

Application of FormIT allowed Bank to solve in the shortest possible time the tasks set within the projects on formation, storage and mailing personalized the account statements. And also, gave the chance to implement integration interaction between systems and to lay the reliable foundation for implementation of future IT and business initiatives of Bank directed to increase in sales volume and improvement of customer interaction.
