OTP Bank completed the first stage of implementation of electronic archive

On May 17, 2018 it became known that OTP Bank completed process of implementation of electronic archive for storage of credit folders in all network of bank which contains for May 17, 2018 134 additional offices over the country. It became the first step to system implementation of uniform storage of electronic copies of documents and electronic document management in bank.

The modern equipment provides stream scanning in electronic archive with a high speed. Implementation of electronic archive will give the chance to increase control over filling of the electronic credit folder and also to simplify document retrieval. Transfer of archive of documents in an electronic form will allow to make room at additional offices and further to implement economy on paper carriers.
