On October 30, 2013 the MAYKOR company announced the conclusion of the service contract with OTP Bank and acceptance of ATM network of the partner on contract service.
Project Progress
In quality partner outsourcing MAYKOR will provide to bank the complex technical support service including repair of ATMs on places of their installation with replacement of the parts which failed.
The first stage of work it is necessary to book technical audit within which specialists of MAYKOR will test the equipment, will eliminate the current faults. On completion of acceptance of ATMs on service of MAYKOR will provide comprehensive technical support of ATM network of OTP of Bank as a part of which carrying out scheduled service maintenance, operational repair. Services will be provided on the principle of "one window" in the Central, Southern, Northwest, Volga and Siberian federal districts.
