OZNA implements "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" with the help "Software portal"

The main activities of OZNA are: design of objects of the oil and gas industry; production, warranty and service maintenance of the oil and gas equipment; construction researches; engineering in the field of accounting of oil, gas, water and automation of oil and gas objects. Before implementation at the enterprise functioned several information systems developed on different platforms and languages. For ensuring interrelation between these systems was the 1C: Consolidation software product is purchased. Besides, the large volume of information was entered at the same time and in parallel into several systems, says Soft-Portal.

The management of the enterprise made the decision on implementation of a single system of enterprise management based on the program "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise".

In general during the project the following business processes were automated: in contractual department — input of partners and delivery agreements of products; in accounting — accounting of settlement with advance holders, fixed asset accounting, materials in warehouses (purchase, sale), overalls and special equipments in operation, material accounting in production (shop storerooms, a WIP), accounting of finished goods, settlement with partners, obtaining various management and accounting records, formation of the purchase ledger and sales ledger, cost accounting of production and closing of month, payroll and insurance premiums, formation of the managerial and regulated reporting (regarding the salary and insurance premiums, including the personified accounting); in according to plan (financially) - economic department — bank, cash desk, planning of expenditure and cash receipt, cash flow analysis, input of planned cost on products, input of sales plans, the analysis of release and implementation of finished goods, the plan-fact analysis of sales, cost values of release, the analysis of settlement with partners (receivables and payables); in department of personnel management — registration of personnel of the organization, formation of sheets of a time recording, the different reporting.

Now specialists of Soft-portal project company started implementation at the OZNA enterprises of subsystems Budgeting and "Accounting according to IFRS".
