Ochakovo automates transfer of the reporting under product sales

Project Tasks

The Ochakovo company monthly creates about 15 thousand consignment notes on supply of alcoholic, alcohol-containing products, beer and beer drinks. Sales informations of alcohol are quarterly requested by partners for preparation of the retail alcoholic reporting. Earlier information had to be unloaded from the accounting system and to send selectively on all partners of the producer. Long processing, loss of a part of information, oral settlement – all this led to excessive load of employees and increase in risk of discrepancies in final declarations.

Project Progress

In the summer of 2013 the Ochakovo company in partnership with SKB Kontur completed the project on automatic unloading of data regarding intake of alcohol using Alkodeklaration service. Circuit.

Project Results

For October 14, 2013 data, in the standardized format of the EDI message of ALCRPT developed by SKB Kontur and containing all information on alcohol supply are transferred to Alkodeklaration. A circuit and, in the presence at retail chain stores of an account in service, are automatically loaded in the retail alcoholic declaration. Unloading of data comes from an internal system of Monolit company and is completely implemented by forces Ochakovo.
