2023: Transition to BIT.Finance: Management Accounting
Office of the international IT integrator "First Bit" in Nizhny Novgorod helped automate the treasury and budgeting of the trading holding "Officarium," which specializes in integrated support legal entities and individuals with stationery. At the start of the project, employees of the Oficarium holding kept records in the system "1C: Accounting" with a modified module for collecting requests for spending cash, MDD planning, as well as the collection of actual data on the DDS, income and expenses. This module did not develop on the part of the developer, his support and refinement have become expensive and time-consuming.
The product was selected as the software for automation of management accounting "BIT.FINANS: Management Accounting."

The transition to a management accounting system based on BIT.FINANS was completed in just two months. This result was achieved thanks to the combined efforts of the project teams of the customer and the integrator, as well as competently built communications. The involvement of the customer's employees did not allow only to implement the project without violating the deadlines, but also to reduce the project budget for 25%, since some of the settings were performed by inhouse developers.
