Office Erich Krause + Lead WMS 3PL

The Office Premieres company entering into the international group Erich Krause and which is engaged in sales of office supplies completed process of system implementation of Lead WMS 3PL in the main warehouse.

In the company the ERP system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX which covers processes of management of client orders, purchase plannings, control of warehouse stocks already functions. However for management of warehouses of the enterprise it was decided to use the separate WMS system which implementation the Logistix company undertook.

Implementation was begun in November, 2007. After end of development stages of a prototype, personnel training and integration with the ERP system, the adapted version of WMS was set in a new warehouse in the Domodedovo district of the Moscow region. In July, 2008 the stage of trial operation which was completed in August began, and since September 1 the WMS system is entered into the mode of commercial operation.

The warehouse about 7000 sq.m works as the distribution center, performing delivery of goods to clients and branches of the company. According to the implementation company, effective use of the available resources allowed to include in cargo processing process a stage of absolute control of an outgoing flow, having provided the due level of service to clients of a warehouse.
