MTS Exolve has provided communication services for the Ohana network that help optimize telephone costs and automate communication with potential customers. MTS Exolve announced this on April 4, 2025.

The service of intelligent selection of the outgoing number made it possible to increase contact with the audience of the network of fitness clubs and make communication more effective: the number of successful calls increased by 30%. Thanks to call statistics analysis tools, the solution also allowed the company to more accurately assess the effectiveness of its communication with the target audience.

Every day our managers made hundreds of calls. The introduction of the service significantly simplified the processes of communication with potential customers and had a positive effect on the conversion to successful and targeted calls, - commented Alexander Avramenko, head of the IT department of the fitness club. - Thanks to automation, manual call management has been reduced, and managers' time has been freed up to resolve issues aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
