The Olivariya beer factory automated internal processes using DocTrix Platform

The software product of the Samara developer i-Sys is used for business process automation of the Belarusian brewery "Olivariya". The DocTrix Platform system using Microsoft SharePoint technologies provided cost reduction for 70%.

In 2015 Olivariya purchased the DocTrix Platform platform expanding possibilities of SharePoint on business process automation for the purpose of independent implementation. Registration of outgoing letters, requests of the company, work with partners, the tender documentation and approval of documents are automated.

As a result significantly the transparency of business processes increased, and total reduction of labor costs exceeds 5,000 hours a year. Besides, due to DocTrix Platform application specialists of Olivariya brewery automated business processes completely independently, without resorting to the help of vendor. Such approach allowed to save about 50-100 thousand dollars on system implementation.

The company is going to continue work with DocTrix Platform for implementation of registration of incoming letters, addresses of partners and also thanks to ample opportunities of a system personal workflows of employees will be automated.
