Project Tasks

Till October, 2015 automation of the enterprise was executed based on software products of Bits.Stoitelstvo and 1C: Accounting. Possibilities of the implemented solutions not completely corresponded to requirements of the enterprise. At such accounting it was difficult to provide effective interaction between production and accounting divisions, to quickly obtain analytical information. Therefore in 2015 the management of Olimp LLC set the task - to automate accounting and personnel records, payroll, accounting of production of open mining operations in the unified information system.

In an analysis result for the solution of this task the solution "was selected by 1C: Mining industry. Management of a pit", developed by 1C Company together with Synergo company. Main advantage of the selected program is the considerable covering of requirements to a system without completion of standard functionality of industry solution. As the partner for implementation the Synergo company specializing in automation of the mining enterprises and having positive experience of implementation in this industry was selected.


Project Steps

At the first stage of implementation of the software product the research of the enterprise as a result of which were defined was conducted: budget, job schedule, main requirements, purposes and problems of automation. During implementation of the software product "1C: Mining industry. Management of a pit" all requirements for automation were implemented according to the approved plans. In the course of implementation the automation system covered the following subsystems:

  • Accounting
  • The regulated reporting
  • Personnel records
  • Payroll
  • Sales management and purchases
  • Management of warehouse stocks

Implementation of the software product happened within two months, 6 jobs were during this time automated. In the course of implementation subsystems of accounting and personnel records, a time recording of the equipment and employees, payroll were started consistently. Data transfer was executed of the previous automation systems.


Project Effect

As a result of implementation the enterprise received an end-to-end system of accounting with a common information space. Labor costs on preparation of the managerial and regulated reporting, payroll are significantly reduced. Now plans for implementation of subsystems of operational accounting of mining operations, accounting and regulation of fuel and lubricants, managements of repairs and hardware maintenance are drawn up.
