On poultry farm in Tatarstan the artificial intelligence manages all processes

In the middle of April, 2020 it became known that on Yaratelle poultry farm in Tatarstan where every day 2.5 million hens lay more than 2.3 million eggs, all processes of collecting and the movement of eggs the artificial intelligence based on program the solution Amaks manages. Weighing, rejection and packaging of egg are made by also automatically sorting machine.

All processes of keeping of a bird are automated. The quality of a shell allows to perform the movement of egg on the conveyor more than 1.5 km long, declare at the enterprise.

How the factory of the largest producer and supplier of eggs in Tatarstan works, the deputy prime minister — the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the region Marat Zyabbarov examined. Showed it a full production cycle on poultry farm, from receiving daily chickens and cultivation of young growth, to a production and logistic complex and also studied the organization of protective measures for non-proliferation of a koronavirusny infection, a working condition and perspective of development of the enterprise.

The director of the enterprise Fanis Nigamatullin also said that the bird is fed with natural vegetable components and give to drink artesian water. Because the egg shell is so strong that allows to perform the movement of egg on the conveyor 1.5 km long. Products are delivered in large federal and regional networks. The enterprise is included into the five of the largest poultry farms on production of egg in Russia by April, 2020.

As noted in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan, smooth operation of all enterprises which are daily providing the population with food is extremely important for the industry of agriculture. Their activity is on special control of department.^[1]
