2019: Clearing of veterinary certificates in a FSIS "Mercury"
On October 17, 2019 the Evotor company reported that the B2B-marketplace "on the shelf" automated clearing of veterinary certificates in the Mercury system. The integration solution is implemented together with the official partner of Rosselkhoznadzor IT Monitoring company. Service allows to save time of purchasers and to avoid penalties for untimely clearing of certificates. Veterinary certificates are extinguished in a personal account to "na_polka" in couple of clicks — it is not necessary to open for this purpose each document. Large customers can use service free of charge.
Since July 1, 2018 the government obliged all who trade in goods of animal origin, to extinguish electronic veterinary accompanying documents (EVSD) through a FSIS "Mercury". A system helps to trace from where the goods came and what company delivered it. It is necessary that in shops the counterfeit and smuggling were not on sale.
Year in the list of obligatory certification meat and fish products, milk canned food (condensed milk). Since November 1, 2019 milk and cream, yogurt, kefir, butter and cottage cheese will be added to the list.
Sellers of products should request EVSD from the supplier and extinguish each certificate manually. According to Rosselkhoznadzor, about 9 million veterinary certificates are daily made out. If not to extinguish EVSD within a day, the shop will receive a penalty to 300,000 rubles and will not be able temporarily to work.
Till July, 2019 the moratorium on checks and penalties was imposed. At this time a system was studied and tested. But supervisory authorities already began to check and fine entrepreneurs and producers.
