System implementation is intended for: - creation of uniform electronic archive of documents; - automation of standard tasks of office of registration and mailing of correspondence in the company; - control of performing discipline under resolutions. Further automation of process of mailing of documents according to certain routes of approval of internal documents is planned. During approval there will be a possibility of entering of corrections into a document file with information on the one whom when and what information is entered, and a possibility of formation of the new document taking into account the made corrections.
