Optima started automation of utility payments

The Optima company signed the agreement with the Regional Energy Management Company (REMC) on implementation of a billing system in a number of the cities of Russia. In particular, right after New Year's holidays works on automation of calculation of charges for housing and communal services to Yartsevo of the Smolensk region and Rzhev of the Tver region began.

According to the director of the department of work with state bodies Alexey Tolchinsky, the created system will include processes of formation and drawing of accounts to homeowners taking into account privileges and subsidies and also payment acceptance. The solution will always allow to have up-to-date information about debt on each personal account. The transparency of financial activities of management companies will increase, process of preparation and providing reports for public authorities considerably will accelerate.

Solution development on automation of revenues is logical continuation of activity of Optima developed within the state program on increase in efficiency of providing housing and communal services to the population. Before the company performed several successful projects on implementation in the Russian cities of the Brownie system covering all account part – from maintaining card files of objects of housing and public utilities before settlement with contract organizations.

Thus, today Optima has the complete solution for all general economy activity of both city, and regional and federal structures of housing and public utilities. Further creation on the Internet of the universal electronic platform for citizens allowing to see all picture of service of their house, direct costs and the course of accomplishment of each specific request is planned.
