Accounting activity in Opton company is automated by software solutions of 1C

The implementation project of software and automation of accounting in Opton company is complete. For deployment the 1C system is used : Accounting 8.

Task

In process of business development in the company there was a need for more modern software products. The management made the decision - to implement solutions on a technology platform 1C:Enterprise 8 - 1C: Trade Management and 1C: Accounting 8.

Solution

Implementation in the enterprise automates 15 jobs.

During the project:

• The management reporting on indicators of profitability (profitability) of a goods turnover is configured;
• On the basis of the built-in opportunities 1C: Trade Management 8 work of purchasing department is automated (the need for goods forms on the basis of the order of buyers);
• Business processes on interaction of managers with warehouses are automated;
• Pricing policy with automatic calculation of the price of shipment from the price of the supplier is implemented;
• For effective work of managers possibilities of the block of customer relations (CRM) are used.

Result

Automation of problems of operational and management accounting, the analysis and planning of trade, warehouse and financial transactions allowed to increase efficiency of the enterprise significantly. Users highly appreciated functionality of a new system. Very useful was a possibility of accounting on SCD (State Customs Declaration). The company sells, including, goods of foreign production which need a customs clearance. The number on a SCD is assigned to each batch of such goods.

The block of customer relation (CRM) helped to optimize work with customers. In the program all data on contacts with clients, on last and scheduled events are entered. And it allows to store a set of information which was constantly lost earlier.
