Chelyabenergosbyt implemented an APCS

On June 9, 2014 it became known of implementation in Chelyabenergosbyt company of a management system for energy resources and accounting of Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management. Implementation is implemented by Borlas company.

Project Progress

In October, 2010 the project was carried out within complex automation of the enterprise customer.

For June 9, 2014 in "Chelyabenergosbyt" with participation of Borlas consulting group the IT architecture using which effective management of power sales business, support of production processes is adjusted is created.

At the heart of a corporate system of management of the company - a complex of Oracle applications E-Business Suite (including the modules Oracle HCM for personnel management) complemented with a system for financial planning and budgeting of Oracle Hyperion Planning.

Project Results

Support of productive activity selling the electric power is provided with customized applications: management system for power data of Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management and system of billing Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing.

• Accumulates all arriving indications (from the network organizations, from receipts, from a personal account, from IVR, etc.);
• Estimates correctness of the received indications;
• Transfers the final indication with the maximum priority in CC&B for carrying out the most exact and correct charges.
