Softline implements HR automation and payroll system at Orby

Softline Group of Companies (PJSC Softline) helped Orby to implement the transition to the current product for solving applied HR problems - the 1C: ZUP system. This made it possible to increase the efficiency of personnel management and payroll. Softline announced this on May 15, 2024.

Orby is faced with a limited functionality of the previous automation system. Along with the development of the brand, the staff is increasing, and therefore the customer could no longer do with only basic functions. For the transition, a more up-to-date system "1C: Payroll and HR Management 3.1" was chosen, which is able to correctly reflect all possible situations in personnel accounting.

The main complexity of the project was an extremely short time. The Softline Outsourcing team, a specialized business unit within the Softline group of companies for financial and personnel outsourcing, undertook the transition and implement the system in just a month.

Softline Outsourcing specialists designed, implemented, tested and applied an integrated data transfer approach to 1C ZUP 3.1 on productive systems. Thanks to a methodology that combines expertise in payroll automation systems and enterprise HR policies, as well as the identification and solution of individual customer needs, the project was completed in a precisely predicted time frame, which eliminated downtime in Orby's work.

Another month took pilot operation. At the end of this time, the customer was completely satisfied with the implemented solution, having received expanded opportunities in the areas of personnel motivation management, competency management, personnel training management, recruitment, calculation and payment of wages, time accounting, personnel movement accounting, personnel decision-making, obtaining analytical reports, integration with 1C:ERP Enterprise Management.

The planned replication of 1C: Payroll and HR Management components, such as 1C: Employee's Office, will significantly increase the loyalty of Orby employees by providing access to payroll, tax certificates, seniority, training and other HR workflow and payroll processes. Employees will be relieved of the need for a personal appearance in the relevant departments.

Another positive result of the project was the automation of the data exchange process with the FSS. Now the customer can receive electronic sick leave directly into the system, as well as generate responses to FSS requests directly from the system. In addition, the new system will allow you to replicate the modules of medical examination and labor protection at the enterprise, ensuring full compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
