The main idea of the project was increase in effective management of the enterprise due to consolidation in a single system of diverse information flows.

Implementation started with automation operational, accounting and tax accounting, creation of the core of future corporate information system which allowed to trace the movement of information from the primary document to balance. Distinctive feature of accounting is that structural divisions only keep account, and the balance forms in management personnel of Society on the basis of the accumulated data. Further were in full automated: financial settlement transactions, accounting calculation for taxes and fees, accounting of inventory items, contract management of purchase and settlings with suppliers and also agreements of product sales and settlings with buyers of bills of exchange, fixed asset accounting, bills of exchange, overalls, settlings with personnel on the salary, etc. Consolidation of information resources of a set of remote branches of Society became one of unique features of the project.
