Orgbank implements the solution of automation of service of safe deposit boxes

MBO "Orgbank" and ProgramBank company carried out implementation of add-on modules to the existing solution Centaur Omega.

Background

The bank since 2001 provides to clients services of lease of safe deposit boxes. Until recently account was kept about MS Office use. However the active growth of volume of transactions, and, the main thing, desire to provide to clients a wide packet of high-quality services resulted in need of professional solution on safe deposit boxes.

Solution

The module "Safe deposit boxes" integrated into a banking system Centaur of Omega became it. Implementation occupied it about a month. The flexibility of IBS Centaur of Omega allowed bank to provide at its implementation to clients different options of service, for example, different options of prolongation of agreements, a possibility of a refund at early agreement cancelation, etc.
