2021: Vostokcement launched a digital transformation in partnership with Corus Consulting
Korus Consulting Group announced on November 23, 2021 that it was designing the IT landscape as part of the large-scale digital transformation of Vostokcement. The project will include ERP and CRM on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and the IBM Planning Analytics CPM system. Automation will cover the full cycle of production, logistics and financial processes, ensure the fulfillment of the company's business goals and optimize IT support and development costs .
For 12 years, the group of companies has been the main business process automation unit based on the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 ERP system. To support business growth and the development of new product lines, the company decided to expand the range without losing service level and increase operational efficiency, the company decided to start a digital transformation program lasting 5 years. Vostokcement Group of Companies Vostok Aiti Service JSC and KORUS Consulting Group of Companies acted as the general partner of digital transformation. The latter previously advised Vostokcement LLC in a project to implement CRM based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, and also conducted a pre-design survey and formed a strategy for moving from the current Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 ERP system.
KORUS Consulting specialists carried out conceptual design, formed a roadmap of work and began to develop a methodology and functional requirements for all blocks. These include integrated planning, budgeting and costing, consolidated reporting, manufacturing, shipping, transportation management, maintenance, purchasing and inventory management, sales, all types of accounting, intercompany management functions. It is expected that process optimization and an updated IT landscape will help the company systematically work to improve business performance and strengthen market positions. Specialists plan to implement the project program until 2024. As a result of global automation, they will create a single circuit that meets the needs of the business and takes into account the branching of the holding.

2020: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation
On April 24, 2020, Korus Consulting Group acted as a consultant in a project to implement a CRM system on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform for the Vostokcement industrial group of companies. The IT company participated in the description and analysis of the group's business processes and helped automate customer relationships based on CRM.
KORUS Consulting, together with Vostok AIT Service and specialists of the Vostokcement sales structure, carried out a pre-design survey and created a functional design of the CRM system. In it, the project team described all business processes in the framework of customer relationship management, and also formed technical tasks for developers.

Previously, the Orient sales structure used a specialized module in ERP on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 to account for customer interactions, but with the growth of the company there was a need for a more modern tool.
