Solution

Orika-Kazakhstan made the decision to implement a project management system based on Microsoft Project Conteq Company a system was developed for control of course of execution of projects and their cost efficiency

Result

Implementation of Microsoft Project Server as the centralized information system for control of terms of accomplishment of project works and collection of data on the actual labor costs allowed the management to receive uniform access point to up-to-date information about the state of affairs on the performed works and also provided information interactions of employees in the course of project activity
