Oryol region (Navigator-c)

The regional representative office of ENDS of Russia implements the system of satellite monitoring on the buses performing passenger traffic across the Oryol region. Satellite technologies will allow to increase traffic safety, to coordinate the diagram and a route of traffic, to keep accurate accounting of number of runs.

Today the compulsory provision for work of the transport park servicing routes of the Oryol region is existence of GLONASS of the equipment. The initiative of large-scale equipment belongs to regional Department of construction, transport and housing and communal services. Now navigation equipment is installed on 118 buses. Until the end of the year the monitoring system of "Navigator-S" will cover about 400 units of transport.

- Implementation of the satellite equipment is conducted for the purpose of security of passenger traffic on intraregional routes, - the associate director on development of UNDS Oryol LLC Oleg Slepets comments. – The monitoring system based on GLONASS of technologies will allow to control movement of buses in real time, the motion speed of vehicles and also to increase discipline of driver's structure.

Let's note that based on Oryol bus station the uniform dispatching center for coordination of work of passenger transport is created.

In 2010 in the territory of the Oryol region the company acted as the initiator of non-paid equipment of buses of orphanages and boarding schools the system of satellite monitoring. Security of transportations of pupils of orphanages and boarding schools was a main objective.

Also together with regional Department of Education, culture and sport thematic competition of children's drawings and applied works "GLONASS eyes of children" was organized and carried out. Rewarding of winners took place in the regional palace of creativity of Yu. Gagarin where 2011 of space in Russia the hall of astronautics was officially open. Winners in the different nominations were awarded the governor of the Oryol region - Alexander Kozlov, the astronaut, Hera of Russia - Sergey Avdeev, the president of Navigator Group - Alexander Syomkin.

In anticipation of academic year 2011 on the central square of Oryol solemn delivery of school buses to regional educational institutions took place. ENDS company of Russia for the purpose of security of transportations of children equipped all school GLONASS transport with the equipment. From now on went 44 buses into the disposal of school organizations of the Oryol region. All vehicles are equipped with the satellite equipment and the system blocking management of the driver of the car with blood alcohol content. Region management officials, representatives of special-purpose committees, heads of municipalities, directors of schools became participants of a ceremony of delivery.

As the governor of the Oryol region Alexander Kozlov noted in the performance, this year vehicle fleet of schools of area will be replenished with 61 buses. For this purpose from the budget about 72 million rubles are selected. School transport is equipped with navigation equipment, a system alkozamok.

Arrival of space technologies to the social sphere of the Oryol region is connected with a social event "GLONASS – to children" which passed last year with assistance of the regional power. Then transport of a number of orphanages and boarding schools was equipped. Today it is not a single action, but methodical work of the Government of the region on use of systems capabilities of GLONASS for the purpose of safety of passenger traffic and control of an expense of the budgetary funds allocated for operation of transport.
