Oshmyansky RUP housing and public utilities completed implementation of EDMS

On July 2, 2014 it became known of an implementation project EDMS "Electronic DELO" of century Oshmyansky district unitary enterprise of housing and communal services. The implementation project was performed by the company "Electronic DELO".

Project Tasks

The initiative of use of EDMS in processes of automated management of documents on the main sections of a system of management of the company belongs to Sergey Belenkov, the director of Oshmyansky RUP housing and public utilities. The choice of the Electronic DELO system is caused by its positive experience from this EDMS on the basis of what conclusions are drawn on quality and reliability of a product.

Project Progress

The project in Oshmyansky RUP housing and public utilities is executed at the beginning of 2014. Contractor Electronic DELO company. Within the contract specialists of the contractor unrolled an electronic document management system that helped to solve problems:

• registration of the entering, outgoing documents,
• regulatory legal acts,
• documents of organizational and personnel and legal work in electronic form,
• systematization of their movement.

Project Results

Implementation EDMS significantly reduced costs of working time of staff of office for standard procedures: control of execution of documents and their removal from control, formation of registers of document transfer, registers of external sending and envelopes are provided with means now EDMS "Electronic DELO". Process of automation of work with citizens' appeals and legal entities allowed to organize fully registration, instant transfer for consideration, execution control, preparation of reports on addresses.
