The first BIT automated management of finance and accounting of agreements in Osnova Telecom company

Content

February 17, 2015. The company "First BIT" announced completion of automation of treasury and accounting of agreements of the federal operator of network LTE Osnova Telecom.

Choosing a Solution

Automation affected four subsystems: the regulated accounting and tax accounting, operational inventory accounting, treasury and operational financial planning and also contract management. Project implementation took one and a half years.

Optimization of the block of accounting and tax accounting demanded replacement of earlier used 1C: Enterprise Accounting 2.0 PROF program by own solution "BIT .FINANS Management Accounting" based on the 1C: Enterprise Accounting 3.0 CORP program with transfer and adaptation of completions in system configuration.

Project Progress

Changes in the organization of an inventory control were caused by imperfection of earlier existing system at which data on movement of goods were transferred to accounting in the form of primary documents of the movement of the inventory items (II). Specialists of the First BIT implemented a separate circuit which allowed employees of warehouses to keep operational actual accounting of goods.

Formation of daily payment registers and payment on them, closing and prolongation of obligations the next month, control of limits of budgets were added to functionality of the block of treasury planning of payments using requests and automatic formation of payment documents, creation of requests for expenditure of means according to the payment schedule to partners. In addition, processes of approval and vising of documents of all block along the configured routes, operational financial planning and control (by means of reports Payment schedule) and creation of the documents "Plan Fact" and "Plan forecast" analyzing cash flow are automated.

At last, automation of control block and accounting of agreements included creation, approval and data storage of projects of different agreement types, storage of the attached documents, control of approval and execution of conditions of agreements and printing of standard forms of agreements with partners.

Result

According to the First BIT and Osnovy Telecom implementation of the project took place successfully in many respects thanks to harmonious work of specialists of both companies.

Consolidation of processes of management of finance, approval and accounting of agreements, business and tax accounting in the unified information system became a result of the project. As a result the operator consolidated information from three systems in one, improved process of approval of agreements and control over a funds expenditure, increased efficiency of financial planning and reduced labor costs.

Also the electronic archive of agreements which allows to obtain quickly the complete information about the signed draft treaty, its intermediate versions was created. As a result we improved control of process of approval and performance of agreements and lowered its labor costs".
