The Otkrytiye bank completed implementing solution of SAP on personnel administration and payroll

On May 20, 2019 the company SAP CIS reported that the important stage was completed transformations business processes bank "Opening". Based on SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) the centralized system for personnel administration and payroll is created. The company acted as the partner in implementation MOLGA Consulting.

According to the company, a system integrated more than 20,000 employees at head office and 745 at offices of bank through the whole country. Consolidation of banking group became key premises of implementing solution: accession to Otkrytiye bank of B&N BANK. Before business processes of personnel administration and payroll were dispersed between 5 different IT systems of two banks. A project objective was together with legal merger of companies of group to integrate and unify processes of personnel records and payroll.

SAP HCM allowed to simplify process of collecting and data processing: all information on employees is stored in a single system. Within the project modules of management of an organization structure, personnel records, payroll and management of working time were implemented. In addition, in a system an opportunity to automatically determine a social package of the employee, to calculate obligations for payment of short-term remunerations is implemented. The project was implemented in a short time: from the moment of its start before start of a system in commercial operation in Otkrytiye bank there passed 6 months.

Within system implementation we integrated resources of bank, vendor and partner. Since January 1, 2019 payroll is made in the updated system. Elena Salikhova, the head of the block on work with bank staff Opening

A system allows to integrate all HR processes, to reduce time for routine transactions and to minimize quantity of errors. This project is only one of steps of bank in creation of the comfortable environment for growth and personnel development. It is basis on the basis of which Otkrytiye will be able to implement different processes and management tools talents in all joint group of Otkrytiye companies.
