2019: Optimization of the procedure of issue of cards
On October 15, 2019 the Magenta Technology company reported that the Otkrytiye Bank started a management system for delivery of cards of Magenta based on mobile devices of Samsung. Development allows to plan more effectively exit service and simplifies access for clients to banking products and services.
In September, 2019 bank representatives already executed 640 departures and issued about 15,000 payroll cards. Thanks to mobile devices with installed application the service cycle of the client was reduced to 5 minutes.
The management system for delivery of cards of Magenta Technology company optimizes processing of client documents at issue of the payroll card due to failure from paper technology of installation of the PIN code and post-processing of client files at office of bank. At the time of the meeting the bank employee using the smartphone or the tablet photographs the receiver of the card and his documents then data online come through the application to information systems of bank. The card is activated and is ready to use, on it it is possible to enlist the salary on the same day. By estimates of bank, economic effect of system implementation will be more than 1 billion rubles.
The bank representatives involved in delivery of cards received mobile devices — Galaxy Tab2 Active tablets for the staff of salary channel and smartphones with the display of 6.7 inches Galaxy A70 for delivery of retail products. At the same time Galaxy Tab Active tablets have a strong cover and have degree of protection against moisture and IP68 dust therefore they can be used even in extreme conditions.
Using the Magenta "Otkrytiye" system creates new logistics service for delivery of payroll cards. System implementation will also allow to improve already existing process of the order and delivery of retail products taking into account wishes of clients on time and the meeting place due to building of optimal routes for employees.
The technology is going to be applied in all territory of presence of Otkrytiye bank.
