Signing of the annual service contract of POS terminals
On November 20, 2019 Sberbank reported that the Sberservice takes POS terminals of FC Otkritie bank on service. Service will cover all network of bank. The annual contract assumes technical support of 45,000 items of equipment for contactless payment across all Russia. Thus, after agreement signature about cooperation, the total quantity of POS terminal equipment which services Sberservice exceeded 1.5 million units.

Signing of the 5-year contract for pokopiyny service of the office equipment
The Sberservice announced on August 5, 2019 signing of the five-year contract for pokopiyny service of the office equipment of Otkrytiye bank. Its total amount will be 728.6 million rubles. The perimeter of the contract includes offices in five federal districts of presence of bank. In total service will cover more than 5000 units of printing devices.
According to the board member of Sberservice company Marat Hayretdinov, as of August 5, 2019 is the largest external contract of Sberservice on service of pokopiyny printing.

For operational solving of tasks the Sberservice and Opening are going to integrate the ServiceDesk systems and to provide connection of bank to a monitoring system of quality of Sberservice for control of level of service and service quality of the equipment.
