The company management of Nash Lombard LLC decided to improve accounting and tax accounting, and also management using the industry 1C:VDGB program: Pawnshop

The works on implementation of own program development of specialists of "1C:VDGB" in Nash Lombard LLC company were not so long ago successfully completed. The program is related to industry segment and helps to automate accounting of all operations performed in the company such as: acceptance of property as a deposit, its assessment, providing a loan, charge and collection of interest for using a loan and the storage charges of things, sale of unclaimed things from biddings and also buying up of values. The management of Nash Lombard LLC made the decision on implementation of the 1C:VDGB program: Pawnshop.

The main functionality of a configuration are:

• Design of the main operations with mortgage tickets. Pledge, repledge, the redemption, the partial redemption, the partial redemption with repledge, cancellation, transfer on an auction, return from an auction;
• Predesign of a debt of the pledger for any date. At pledge prolongation (repledge) data on the previous conditions of pledge are displayed;
• The reference book of schemes of crediting with different rates and conditions. It is possible to set schemes as as a percentage, and fixed amounts with charges for any period. Use of complex circuits of crediting;
• Printability of mortgage tickets as independently, and on ready (including numbered) forms, perhaps automatic task (reservation) of difficult ticket numbers (with prefixes and on a template).

Moreover, functionality of the 1C:VDGB program: The pawnshop allows to make the following transactions:

• Material accounting;
• Inventory control;
• Accounting of trade operations;
• Accounting of transactions with money;
• Fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• Production accounting;
• Salary accrual;
• Accounting of business activities of several organizations in uniform base.

The configuration is implemented without significant changes. Are held demonstrations by specialists of "1C:VDGB", installation and elementary education to work with the program. At the moment the client is on information and technology support of 1C. The management of customer company remained quite carried out work.
