Ozon company optimized work with clients by means of "BIT:CRM 8"

Specialists of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated Ozon company based on "1C: Trade Management 8, edition 11" and "BIT:CRM 8". In a project deliverable the client received the automated base of clients, besides, time for inventory considerably was reduced.

Ozon company since 1993 works in ventilating business, cooperates with the largest producers of the ventilation and climatic equipment. At the enterprise there are regular customers and new clients. With growth of sales volume of the company it was required to automate customer relations.

Earlier accounting of trade and warehouse transactions was conducted manually, bases of clients were not automated, it was difficult to control the history of relationship with them. All this led to loss of customers, untimely shipments of goods, as a result to a lost profit of the company in general.

The head needed to control work of managers, to increase efficiency of their work as way of authority delegation on drawing of accounts to sales department, but not accounting. It was required to keep management accounting, to know information on employees and the organization in general. Besides, it was important to solve several problems: keep complete account of trade operations and inventory accounting, control stock remainders, create reports on work of managers and finance of the company for the management.

For solving of tasks of the company programs "BIT:CRM 8" and "1C: Trade Management 8" as they help to keep operational and regulated account in uniform base were selected and also allow to conduct customer relations automatically.

As reported, in a project deliverable the head began to control work of managers quickly. There was an opportunity to conduct base of clients and the history of relationship with them that helped to increase loyalty of buyers due to fast and high-quality service. Time for inventory and order processing was considerably reduced. Several times labor productivity of staff of the company increased, time for pricing was reduced.
