The enterprise of PAT-Technology nanonetwork upgrades accounting by implementation of the technological solution

The 1C:VDGB company optimized a company performance of PAT-Technology by implementation of the software product 1C: Accounting 8.

Task

Main objective of the project - creation of a common information space of company management, optimization and process automation of accounting. Besides, need to adjust detailed accounting on each piece of equipment having the specifics of efficiency evaluation.

Solution

Having carried out the analysis and comparison of functional characteristics of the different programs presented at the market, the management of Pat-Technology LLC selected 1C: Accounting 8 software product. As the partner the 1C:VDGB company is selected from project implementation.

Result

By means of the implemented solution accounting sections are automated:

• conducting accounting and tax accounting of business activities of several organizations in one information base;
• settlings with advance holders;
• settlings with the organizations;
• personnel records;
• settlings with personnel on compensation;
• calculations for income tax;
• lot-based accounting;
• trade operations;
• currency transactions;
• material accounting, goods, products;
• cost accounting and cost accounting;
• operations on cash desk and bank;
• settlings with suppliers and buyers;
• fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• calculations for the VAT;
• the regulated reporting;
• tax accounting;
• integration with other subsystems.

The configuration is implemented without significant changes. Are held demonstrations by specialists of "1C:VDGB", installation and elementary education to work with the program. The client is on information and technology support.
