In VimpelCom it is created uniform a communication framework on Skype for Business

In the spring of 2017 the AiTeco company completed the project on creation in VimpelCom of complex communication infrastructure for interaction more than 20 thousand users in real time.

VimpelCom the decision of company management on transition to the concept of BeeFREE within which a number of employees VimpelCom works partially far off, and optimization of a part of office space became premises for creation of uniform infrastructure. All range of communication opportunities and such modern means of corporate communication as the system of sending instant messages (Instant messaging), e-mail, audio-and video conferences was used for the embodiment of this idea.

Project implementation took place within two years within the agreement existing between VimpelCom and AiTeco companies. First of all the basic functionality of a system was adjusted: trial infrastructure for the subsequent testing of technical solutions is created; the most part of components is transferred to the system of virtualization; external access from mobile devices is provided. Then integration with the existing system of video conferences (VIDEOCONFERENCING) was carried out and access to opportunities of the solution for the users working from the Internet is open. In conclusion the platform was successfully integrated with a public telephone network.

Having serious examination and experience of integration of solutions VIDEOCONFERENCING and telephony with products of Microsoft, specialists of AiTeco company selected solutions based on Microsoft Skype for Business. Using Microsoft Exchange a system was integrated with the web client (OWA). Protection of accounts against blocking from the Internet and control of devices from which there is a connection it is provided thanks to Agat Skype Shield.

The high-tech solution offered and implemented by a command of AiTeco which significantly increased mobility of users and became an integral part of our digital-culture".

During the complex project several systems were combined with the maximum total functionality, and a failsafe system for more than 20 thousand users across all territory of the Russian Federation is constructed.

In plans of partners – expansion and improvement of infrastructure due to implementation of cloud services of Microsoft Office 365 and connection to it of foreign subsidiary companies "VimpelCom".
