PROFI-Stroy (1C: Accounting of construction organization 8)

Automation of accounting and tax accounting in PROFI-Stroy LLC is executed by specialists of 1C:VDGB company using the industry software solution 1C: Accounting of construction organization 8 developed based on the standard solution 1C: Accounting 8.

The 1C: Accounting software product of the construction organization integrates functions of programs 1C: Contractor of construction 2.3, 1C: The customer of construction 1.0, but unlike them has features:

• existence of the mechanism of implementation of the investment project on construction of the facility at the expense of own, * borrowed funds or share money of investors;
• existence of the mechanism of the organization of shared-equity construction with involvement of the specialized customer; without involvement of the specialized customer, independently performing his functions; without involvement of the third parties, independently performing functions of the customer and general contractor;
• accounting of long-term investments, as on actual expenses, and accounting of the made capital investments at contractual cost;
• transfer of works upon termination of construction;
• agreement settlements of a concession of a right to claim.

The industry solution 1C: Accounting of construction organization 8 allowed the customer to automate work of the following sections of accounting:
