The paleontologic institute of RAS implements the solution of automation of normative accounting

The group of experts on work with the state organizations of BIT company completed the implementing solution "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8" at Paleontologic institute of A.A. Borisjaka RAHN.

Objectives

In 2011 for Paleontologic institute need of transition to the new accounting system ripened. An old system was not supported by developers, and with change of the legislation accountants had to execute the most part of transactions manually. It took unfairly a lot of time and quite often led to errors in accounting and the reporting. Besides, data protection was implemented not up to standard that led to complete or partial loss of information at emergence of failures in a system.

A choice was made for benefit of the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program, and for system implementation BIT company is invited.

Solution

Specialists of BIT executed data transfer in the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program, provided user training. Accounting of institute successfully works in a new system.

The following tasks are automated:

• fixed asset accounting;
• control of expenditure of subsidies by the codes of economic classification (CEC);
• settlement with partners;
• operations on bank and cash desk;
• accounting of authorization of expenses;
• accounting of forms of the strict accounting (tickets in the museum, accounts at an excursion);
• formation of the regulated reporting according to the relevant Russian legislation, etc.

Result

Thanks to flexible configuration of reports it is possible to obtain practically any financial information in a few minutes, execution of the plan of the financial and economic activity (FEA) is controlled. Formation of the regulated reporting is automated. The management of organization notes that in a project deliverable control of use of budgetary funds became simpler.

Valentina Fiodorovna Panchenko, the chief accountant of Paleontologic institute of A.A. All reports are flexibly configured, thanks to it we can receive at any time the broad financial picture of organization, all expense data and income. It simplified and made more effective control of a funds expenditure. Besides, the new program accelerated accomplishment practically of all transactions and helped us to get rid of errors. For example, if earlier the accountant spent two days for acceptance to fixed asset accounting, then now the same work occupies no more than half an hour. Certainly, we are happy with project deliverables".
