2022: Labeling Testing
On February 21, 2022, SKB Kontur announced that together with the CRPT they tested an integration solution for labeling in the Pan-Palych brewery.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade launched a labeling experiment in April 2021, it will last until August 31, 2022. Market participants are already mastering the rules: they voluntarily join the labeling experiment conducted by the state information system for monitoring goods (GIS MT) Honest Sign. This helps to prepare the production, software and employees in advance for work on the implemented rules.

First, the Circuit specialists set up the data exchange between the brewery accounting system and the module Contour.Marking for 1C.
Then they marked the products according to the scenario to be mastered by other manufacturers:
- ordered marking codes for beer in two types of containers (in plastic kegs and glass bottles),
- set up the printer and printed the code labels
- apply codes to the container using an applicator;
- scanned the codes by the data collection terminal.
Further, in the service Contur. Marking created a report that the marking codes are applied to consumer packagings.
Since the Pan-Palych manufacturer ships bottle beer with boxes, it was necessary to test the code aggregation process:
- placed bottles in boxes of 20 pieces,
- separate aggregate codes have been generated for corobs,
- the obtained codes were applied to the corobs,
- sent an aggregation report to the Fair SIGN.
Representatives of the CPT (Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies) watched the experiment and recognized the results as successful.
The list of beer products to be labeled is approved by Order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 17.01.2022 No. 14-r:
- malt beer and beer-based beverages (beer drinks);
- non-alcoholic beer;
- cider and pear cider;
- other beverages fermented sparkling and non-sparkling with actual alcohol concentration not more than 7 vol%.
