On July 10, 2017 the DocsVision company announced implementation of electronic document management of Docsvision in Panatseya LLC.
The company works in an electronic document management system based on the Russian Docsvision 5 platform where using the Management of Documents application work with all outgoing and incoming correspondence of the company is automated.
In the program more than 2000 documents are registered. Implementation in the company of an electronic document management system based on the Docsvision 5 platform allowed to reduce time of approval of documents, delivery time of the incoming document to the employee of any office after registration. There is no problem of the lost documents any more, costs for supplies due to the lack of need to make to the employees copies of incoming documents for acquaintance decreased.
