On February 20, 2017 the PTC company announced delivery of the platform of Internet of Things of ThingWorx of Panasonic corporation.
Project Tasks
The technology for remote monitoring and service of projectors of high brightness in 19 countries of the world was required for the customer. Panasonic selected ThingWorx.
Project Results
The ThingWorx technology helps to comply severe conditions of agreements on the guaranteed level of service (SLA, service level agreement) to call centers of Panasonic. The platform provides to service specialists on places all necessary technical information, including data on the component parts requiring replacement.
