Sber Business Software, within the framework of strategic cooperation with one of the pharmaceutical companies in Russia - PANBIO PHARM LLC (PBF) - has developed an industry CRM system based on the SberCRM platform. Sberbank announced this on June 6, 2023. The automated system not only imports a Western solution, but also significantly improves client paths due to full adaptation to the specifics of the activities of a particular company. The main task of the created platform is to automate the activities of pharmaceutical representatives working in the "fields" to improve the efficiency of the company's business.

SberCRM provides key business processes for the pharmaceutical industry, supports high staff mobility by using the web version and applications for tablets on iOS and Android, as well as creating new processes on the fly in the built-in designer.

CRM system - multifunctional mobile "office" for medical representatives. It helps you plan activities, build optimal routes, quickly create presentations, interact with customers in the most favorable scenarios for them. In addition to the classic CRM task and performance management tools, the system collects detailed analytics and allows you to work with a personal assessment of each honey. representative, and the built-in gamification module helps to further improve performance.

The SberCRM platform for PANBIO PHARM is developed on a modern cloud architecture, which is especially important given the company's plans to significantly increase the number of users. At the same time, the system works stably under any loads and processes requests much faster than the solution that the pharmaceutical company used before the implementation of SberCRM.
