At the beginning of August, 2011 the Parallels company expanded functionality of a corporate telephone network using program services "Zapis" and "Prioritet" of a packet PhoneUP from the Russian technology partner of Cisco of BKS-IT.

In August, 2011 the Russian department of the international holding Parallels began to use Zapis and Prioritet services of a packet of PhoneUP from BKS-IT. The aspiration of company management to increase efficiency of communications of staff of the company became a main goal of implementation of Zapis service: first of all, it concerns communication with foreign colleagues and customers which is conducted in foreign languages, but in the company also communication between the Russian employees is considered not less important – recording of negotiations allows to avoid possible disagreements.

According to the Chief information officer of the company Anatoly Orekhovsky: "The Russian employees often should participate in teleconferences with English-speaking participants, and not always complete understanding of told comes to conversation time therefore to have record near at hand happens it is very useful for the subsequent analysis of the held conferences … Besides, use of Zapis service in work of business consultants when carrying out telephone surveys of employees is supposed. Zapis of negotiations will help not to miss any important point. … Anyway, the main objective of use of PhoneUP – to improve mutual understanding between people."

The Prioritet service is selected from quality of the tool allowing to save time of company executives. For example, the Forced Connection function provides to secretaries of top managers instant communication with any employee of the company.
