The Pavlodar petroleum chemical plant develops the system of a video conferencing for internal needs

The Pavlodar petroleum chemical plant (PNHZ) completed deployment of corporate network of video conference (VIDEOCONFERENCING) on the platform of the server of video conferences TrueConf, the press service of the plant reported on November 20, 2012.

Basis - the project

"Since 2011 the plant prepares for upgrade which will allow to raise labor productivity at the enterprise to 7.5 million tons of oil a year, to reach increase in depth of oil refining of 90% and more, to increase quality of products to requirements of Euro 5. In the conditions of such large-scale work between different divisions of the enterprise it is important to provide a high-quality information communication, - Aziza Alzhanova, the house keeper of networks of the enterprise told. – I will note that implementation of video conference expands not only communication opportunities of our enterprise, but also gives the chance to personnel of PNHZ to use VKS as a new educational resource".

Specialists of PNHZ quickly unrolled a VIDEOCONFERENCING system in all territory of the plant, and in a week after the beginning of works the plant's management passed to a video conferencing. Now video conferences are carried out to PNHZ in the local area network of the plant. One employee of the enterprise is involved to technical support and administration of a VIDEOCONFERENCING system.

Objectives

Implementation of a VIDEOCONFERENCING system based on the server of video conferences TrueConf Server is intended to increase efficiency of communications in the territory of PNHZ, to provide a video of technical meetings of upper managers and to expand possibilities of information exchange between remote divisions of the plant. The system of a video conferencing is applied to the organization of conference video meetings and video calls. More than fifty directors use video conference: chiefs of workshops, services and divisions of the plant, directorate.

Future

In plans of the management of PNHZ - use of video conference for training of employees at jobs and expansion of opportunities of already existing VIDEOCONFERENCING system, including for communication with the headquarters of JSC Oil Company KazMunaiGas (Astana) which part the Pavlodar NHZ is.
